Learning Resource Center

A comprehensive online site available 24/7. Encompassing PML University, it includes web-based training opportunities, including information on product, marketing, Advanced Sales, and investment concepts. The Learning Resource Center is designed for new and experienced producers alike.

Presidents Club

The focus of the President's Club program is to help producers understand the basics of advanced sales concepts such as business insurance and estate planning, and to develop a marketing plan and approach to enter into these markets. The curriculum includes training on business buy-sell agreements, business forms, selective employee benefits, and estate planning. President's Club also emphasizes the use of Business Profiles and the Planning for a Secure Financial Future sales system.

Continuing Education

We offer training and development opportunities, ranging from traditional seminars to web-based CE courses that are offered by Penn Mutual and trusted industry related organizations.

Professional Designations

We provide a full scholarship for qualifying producers who continue their personal development through programs such as CLU, ChFC, or CFP.
